Visit the following URL (from a district-provided computer on the district network)
https://do-cuc1.kmsd.local/ciscopca/home.do
Sign in with your regular KMSD username/password (no @kmsd.edu)
1) Click "Messaging Assistant"
2) Click Passwords
3) Change PIN
4) Set a new PIN
5) And then hit Save
