Our system currently requires Multi-Factor Authentication for Skyward and Infinite Campus. The first time you sign into one of these systems (https://eap.kmsd.edu or https://campus.kmsd.edu) it will say "More Information Required")
Before proceeding further, please use your phone to open the app store (Play Store or App Store), and search for Microsoft Authenticator 
2) Install it, then open it on your phone for the next steps. If you receive any messages about allowing notifications, please be sure to allow them (the message might look like the message below)
3) Please hit Next on your computer after getting the app open on your phone
4) In the Microsoft Authenticator app, please choose Add an Account and then hit Select Work or School Account followed by Scan a QR Code
5) If prompted to allow the camera, be sure to allow it
6) Aim your phone camera at the QR code that is on your computer screen - the app will recognize the code and activate the account
7) Once you see your account in the app, you can hit "Next" on the "Keep your account secure" page:
8) When you hit Next, it should then come up with a code - you will need to enter this code on your app and then permit the sign-in request
9) If you successfully completed these steps, you should be at this page, where you can click Done
10) It sometimes will redirect to your original website again, but you may need to visit the original website again if you get an error - so simply go to (https://eap.kmsd.edu or https://campus.kmsd.edu) to test it out
This completes the process.
